• Rider Data: Vehicle type, verification status, and availability status.
• Payment Data: Payment transaction references and payment status (we never store your payment card or banking details directly; all transactions are tokenized and processed via Paystack and Flutterwave).

3. Lawful Basis for Processing (NDPA 2023)

We process your personal data on the lawful basis of contractual performance (providing our meal ordering and delivery services), legal obligation, and legitimate interest (ensuring platform safety and preventing fraudulent transactions).

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We never sell or trade your personal data. Personal data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• With Restaurants: To fulfill meal orders (customer name, ordered items, customer phone number).
• With Delivery Riders: To deliver meals to your specified location (customer name, delivery address, phone number).
• With Payment Processors (Paystack / Flutterwave): To verify and settle order transactions.

5. Your Rights Under the NDPA
